Each Core Light Integration begins in ceremony. Before and after our time together, I gently smudge your auric field, clearing lingering energetic imprints and refreshing the luminous field that surrounds and protects you.

During the session, there is very little talking. This is a space for deep rest, surrender, and inner listening. You are guided into relaxation while spirit allies and compassionate intelligences support the work unfolding. Your body and energy field communicate what is ready to be seen.

As we move through your energetic centers, I locate emotional weight and repeating patterns stored within them. These imprints are carefully cleansed, cleared, and repaired—allowing each center to return to its natural rhythm and strength. Crystallized energies are then gently released. These often form when present-day experiences—such as betrayal, heartbreak, emotional wounds, or physical injury—activate much older memories held within the soul. When unresolved, these energies can settle into the body as tension, fatigue, or pain.

We then move into cord clearing, where energetic ties with past partners, friends, family members, or work relationships are compassionately examined. Any cords that are draining, outdated, or no longer in alignment are released, restoring your sovereignty and vitality.

To complete the journey, each energetic center is illuminated with renewed light—awakening your core essence, revitalizing your energy, and realigning you with your highest path and purpose. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home within yourself.

Soul Retrieval

In my work, I often see that when a pattern cannot be cleared and continues to repeat in someone’s life, it may be connected to a soul contract. A soul contract is an unconscious promise we make to ourselves, often formed after a traumatic experience in this life or in a past life. These contracts can sound like “I will never trust again,” or “I am not worthy of love.”

When trauma occurs and the soul does not feel safe, a part of the soul may separate as a form of protection. This soul fragment holds vital energy, wisdom, and gifts. When it remains apart, a person may feel incomplete, disconnected, or caught in cycles that no longer serve them.

Soul retrieval is a sacred shamanic healing practice that allows these lost soul parts to return. Through ceremony and spiritual guidance, I journey to retrieve the soul fragment and bring it back gently and respectfully. When the soul part is welcomed home, balance and wholeness are restored, and life force energy begins to flow more freely.

After a soul retrieval, clients often experience a deeper sense of presence, clarity, and empowerment. Along with the returning soul part, you may receive medicine connected to your unique gifts, as well as the guidance of a Spirit Animal.
